These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Casa Oasis website (casaoasis.org), your reservation of a property managed by Decasa Rental LLC, doing business as Casa Oasis ("Casa Oasis," "we," "us," or "our"), and your enrollment in our guest text messaging program. By booking a reservation or providing your phone number to us, you agree to these Terms.

Reservations

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. Rates, fees, and cancellation policies are disclosed at the time of booking through our website or the listing channel (Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com, or Expedia) you use to reserve a property. Guests are responsible for complying with all property rules and local regulations during their stay.

SMS/Text Messaging Program

Program name: Casa Oasis Guest Communications

Program description: Guests who provide a phone number when booking a reservation may receive text messages related to their confirmed stay, including check-in and check-out reminders, door code and access instructions, and general stay support messages.

Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your reservation activity. You may receive multiple messages around check-in and check-out and occasional messages during your stay.

Message and data rates may apply. Standard message and data rates from your wireless carrier may apply to any messages sent to or received from Casa Oasis.

Opt-out: You can cancel text messages at any time by replying STOP. After you send the STOP message, we will send a confirmation and you will no longer receive messages from us. For help, reply HELP or contact us using the information below.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Limitation of Liability

Casa Oasis is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website, your reservation, or your participation in our messaging program, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
